I founded AIML Partners to address observed inefficiencies in both business and healthcare, that I knew could be addressed with better processes and technology. I have spent over 20 years consulting, improving systems and processes in highly regulated industries, and the expertise that I have gained in technologies such as A.I. give me a practical foundation to apply my skills to addressing the challenges faced in both business and healthcare.
I have experienced healthcare systems from the patient side and seen, first-hand, how over-stretched resources, lengthy delays accessing care, disconnected care pathways, and excessive administrative burden can affect families at the moments that matter most.
With rapid advancements in technological change, increasing costs, legacy systems, talent shortages, increasing regulation, and unrelenting competition, businesses are under constant pressure to use AI but most dont know where to begin.
Both experiences shaped the same conviction: AI must be adopted with the right combination of workforce readiness, governance, practical implementation, and human oversight. Not as a standalone tool, but as a governed operational capability.
